Cancellation Policy

We understand that accidental purchases can happen. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 10 minutes of placing it, and we’ll be happy to assist with a full cancellation.

After this 10-minute window, your order is automatically processed and prepared for dispatch by our team. At that point, it can no longer be canceled.

If you still wish to return the item, you may do so once it has been delivered by following our return process.
